Kent R. Grosser, Senior Pastor
Pastor Kent considers it a privilege to provide leadership and be a part of a great team of professional and volunteer leaders at Trinity. He and his wife Michele live in a townhome in the Kingswood neighborhood in Plymouth. They have two adult daughters: one in Olympia, WA and one in Minneapolis. Kent previously served in three congregations in Iowa and Minnesota before coming to Trinity in 1998. 2006 will be his thirtieth year of parish ministry. Fun fact: Kent enjoys the mystery novels of Randy White.

Terrie Allen, Associate, Children and Family Ministries
Terrie has been a member of Trinity since 1991 and joined the staff as a part-time associate in Children's Ministry in 2001. Terrie is a native of Wayzata and she, her husband and children live in Plymouth. She says, "Working at Trinity is a dream job. The staff, Trinity members and the kids are the best! I am truly blessed!"

Jill Cornell, Director, Children and Family Ministries
Jill enjoys watching the children engaged in the different programs offered at Trinity. She is married to Jim and they have two children and live in Long Lake. In the past 25 years, her work has always revolved around the church. For 14 years, she worked at Augsburg Fortress in the Sales Division, marketing and selling products to the congregations, including curriculum, books, gifts and VBS. For the last 9 years, she has been at Trinity serving in Children and Family. Fun Fact: Jill ran the Philadelphia Marathon when she was a sophomore in college.

Stacy Thoma, Early Childhood Coordinator

Andrea Miner, Nursery Coordinator
Andrea loves her position because it gives her an opportunity to watch over the little ones and watch them grow over the years. Born and raised in Edina, Andrea and her husband Charlie live in Long Lake with their two children. Andrea has always enjoyed spending time and being around children. Babysitting at 12 and working with two school districts in after-school childcare, along with five-plus years of nannying qualify her well for her position. Her favorite thing is to spend time with her family.

Kirsten Kelly, Director, Youth and Family Ministries
Kirsten is originally from Wells, MN and now lives in Delano with her husband and son. She earned her degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Augsburg College in 2000 and has worked at Trinity since September of 2000. Kirsten has enjoyed walking alongside the MS and HS youth and their families on their faith journey over the past several years. She especially enjoys parent ministry and watching the youth experience God in very real ways through song, retreats, mission trips and camp. Fun fact: Kirsten and her family love to go camping and hiking.

Kara Reckin, Associate Director of Youth and Family Ministries
Kara grew up in the mountains of Libby, Montana and ventured away to live with two roommates in southwestern Minneapolis. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music Arts Degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. After serving three summers at Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp in Montana, she decided to accept a call to ministry. She started working at Trinity in September of 2008, and loves getting to know and spend time with the high school youth! Fun Fact: Kara once auditioned for American Idol.

Mark Hemingway, Worship and Music Ministries
Mark’s position gives him the opportunity to explore and create worship which empowers Christians for their daily walk with Christ. Mark grew up in Ellendale, in southeastern Minnesota. Currently he lives in Delano with his wife Jane and their three children. Mark comes to Trinity with 15 years experience as a public school choral director, four years of Lutheran college education, a church choir accompanist since age 12, and ten years as church organist in Little Falls, Minnesota. Fun fact: Mark and his wife completely restored a 1900 Victorian house before moving to Delano.

Tom Anderson, Music Associate

Carrie Scheller, Pastor
Before coming to Trinity in February, 2008, Pastor Carrie Scheller served a large congregation in South Minneapolis for five years. Carrie is thrilled to be a part of the Trinity family. She still lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Greg, and her two teenagers Sam, 17 and Sophie, 15. Carrie is excited to begin work with Adult Education ministries at Trinity. She would love to meet you and she hopes you will attend an upcoming class or bible study! Fun Fact: Carrie collects antique lamps and egg cups - stop in to her office to say "hi" and you’ll see a sampling!

Cindy Pearson, Office Manager
Cindy and husband Greg grew up in Maple Plain and have four children and four grandchildren. She joined the Trinity Staff in 2005 and especially enjoyed helping the office through its building transition into the spacious new office. Cindy is drawn to using her administrative skills in the church because she loves to be part of the Body of Christ.

Vicki Burlet, Office Assistant
Vicki rejoined the office staff after working for Trinity a few years ago. She and her husband Wade live in Delano and have two children. She loves working with the people of Trinity and having a chance to do a variety of activities in the office. Vicki's usual schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Fun fact: She and Wade recently purchased land in northern Minnesota, and hope to eventually build a log home for their retirement!

Barb Prescher, Financial Manager
Barb has taken the role of Financial Manager for Trinity as part of her CPA business. She is married to Greg, also a CPA, and they live in Plymouth. Barb's hours are Wednesdays and Fridays. She loves to get an early start, usually about 6:30! Fun fact: Barb makes beautiful quilts!

Jeanne Tempero, Parish Nurse
Jeanne is a longtime member of Trinity, is married to Ken and they have two grown children. She loves to work with people, to take time to get to know them as friends, and to help find solutions to their needs. Fun fact: Jeanne leads the Faithfully Fit Forever group and is involved in several other ministries.

Marcie Lindo, Project Coordinator
The Lindo Family became members of Trinity in 1994 when they moved to Long Lake from the northern suburbs of Chicago. Marcie and her husband Steve have two daughters. Marcie enjoys her work at Trinity because the people (staff and congregation alike) are so friendly and supportive. The Lindo's like to travel and try to spend as much of the summer as possible at their cottage in the Leelanau County of Michigan.

Jerilyn Lowe, Property Manager
Jeri manages the care of our facility and grounds, helping us be good stewards and effectively live out our mission as Christ’s church. Jerilyn has been involved with decorating the Sanctuary and Narthex, helping produce videos, volunteering for Trinity Kids and many other church activities.

Kristi Everson, Hospitality Coordinator
In this part-time position, Kristi will coordinate food service needs for special events, including Lenten suppers, the pie social, picnics, and funeral luncheons. She plans to set up a Hospitality Team to assist with the planning and staffing of future church events. Kristi brings experience in the area of event planning, project management and marketing. She enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her family and friends at their farm in southwestern Minnesota.
