Confirmation at Trinity
Trinity’s Confirmation is a three-year ministry that typically begins in the fall of the 6th grade year and ends with the Rite of Confirmation on the last Sunday of October for 9th grade youth. The main Confirmation time is on Wednesday nights from 6-7 pm (with a Trinity Supper from 5-6 pm and Confirmation Music/Arts options from 5:30-6 pm beforehand). The program offers a wide variety of learning experiences and has built in flexibility to meet a diversity of individual needs and learning styles. This year has marked the first full year of Trinity’s High School Leadership Team. We’ve had about 20 kids who have been active in this group over the course of the year, and we’ve done some great things! Last summer, 10 of us kicked off this program by traveling to Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp in Montana to do a week of team building on a sailing trip. This year, we’re looking at taking a similar adventure, except rafting down the Flathead River. If you are interested in being a part of next year’s Leadership Team and going on this trip, talk to Kara ASAP.Lent Schedule:
From February 17th - April 7th, our Wednesday night High School schedule will change a bit. Instead of starting our TNT activities at 7:00, we will join the Trinity community in worship from 7-7:30. Then we will get together in the Youth Room for our evening activity. These candle light worship services are very reflective and are an important part of Lent. See you there!
Trinity’s 9th Annual Summer Trip Fundraiser!!
Sunday February 28th will be Trinity’s Silent Auction and Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to raise money for summer trips. Donations will be accepted through February 24th and tickets will be sold beginning February 7th. We greatly appreciate the support of the community in this huge event!FMSC Fundraiser!
April 9-11th, Feed My Starving Children will be bringing their equipment to Trinity to set up a mobile packing event! Right here in our gym Trinity, members and friends will gather to package 100,000 meals for the hungry all over the world. But as a community, we have to raise the funds to purchase those supplies. During the months of February and March, bring in your extra change to add to the fundraising efforts!Summer Trip 2010!!!
The plans for a Trinidadian adventure have begun! We now have 50 youth and 8 adults signed up for a week of service in the Caribbean. This trip will be June 22-29th, and will be a life changing experience for all who are involved. Talk to Kara ASAP if you’d like to be on the waiting list!Together Night for Teens

Projector Movie - Bring blankets, bean bags, pillows and your favorite movie snack as we pull down the big screen in the Great Hall and watch Star Trek.
Feb 10th
Hang Out! - Bring your homework and a friend for some low key hang out time. We’ll take a break to play night games!
Feb 17th
Ash Wed/Valentines Party! - Worship will run until 7:45, then join us in the Youth Room for a Valentines celebration with card making and cookie decorating!
Feb 24th
Auction prep! - The Fund raiser will be 4 days away, so we’ll take some time this evening to do the last minute tasks we need to get done in order for this event to be a success.
